NextDev Solutions started on a university campus, out of a simple idea: every generation of developers inherits unsolved problems from the one before it. We wanted to be the next ones to pick them up — hence the name.
"NextDev" is short for next developers. Not the last word in software, just the next hands willing to turn a requirement into something that actually works, ships, and holds up outside the classroom.
That's still how we work today: software development, database design, and website design under one team, with branding handled by design partners who care about the details as much as we do.
